Most purchases are shipped out from our headquarter in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by Nationwide, arrive within 2 business days upon order and payment confirmation. If however the order did not arrive within the 2-day period due to temporary out of stock situation, we shall notify you on the new delivery date via e-mail as per registered.
For every confirmed and processed order, there is a Nationwide Airway Bill Tracking Code being attached in the e-mail from Cellnique. To check your parcel status, please call Nationwide at 1300 222 777.
