Cellnique.my offers free shipping on all orders shipped to Malaysia.
Is there any shipping option for selection?
Cellnique.my standard shipping option is Nationwide or Pos Malaysia.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in the world. However, several APO/FPO addresses may not be reached. Delivery is not available for P.O.Box addresses. Shipping fees may apply for International buyers.
When and how will I receive my shipment?
Most purchases are shipped out from our headquarter in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by Nationwide, arrive within 2 business days upon order and payment confirmation. If however the order did not arrive within the 2-day period due to temporary out of stock situation, we shall notify you on the new delivery date via e-mail as per registered.
What if my order hasn’t arrived in the estimated time?
For every confirmed and processed order, there is a Nationwide Airway Bill Tracking Code being attached in the e-mail from Cellnique. To check your parcel status, please call Nationwide at 1300 222 777.
